Middle School Students Win Essay Contest

The annual Daughters of the American Revolution Essay Contest is over and the results are in. We had five students earn awards by writing about the topic: The Transcontinental Railroad. Clarke Zachary Karageorge earned a first place pin and certificate for the eighth grade and Leigh Tyndall earned a first place pin and certificate for the seventh grade. We had three students earn a second place certificate: Guy Sayers for sixth grade, Aden Ingram for seventh grade, and Travis Renas for eighth grade. These students competed with other students throughout Northampton County. Congratulations, CCCS Captains!
